gdk:cicp-params-build-color-state (params)

params -- a gdk:cicp-params object

The newly allocated gdk:color-state instance.

Creates a new gdk:color-state object for the Cicp parameters in params. Note that this may fail if the Cicp parameters in params are not supported by GTK. In that case, nil is returned.
