gtk:ui-manager-ensure-update (manager)

manager -- a gtk:ui-manager object

Makes sure that all pending updates to the UI have been completed. This may occasionally be necessary, since the gtk:ui-manager object updates the UI in an idle function. A typical example where this function is useful is to enforce that the menubar and toolbar have been added to the main window before showing it. The gtk:ui-manager-ensure-update function has been deprecated since version 3.10 and should not be used in newly written code.
