gtk:toggle-action-new (name &optional label tooltip stock-id)

name -- a string with a unique name for the action
label -- an optional string with the label displayed in menu items and on buttons, or nil
tooltip -- an optional string with a tooltip for the action, or nil
stock-id -- an optional string with the stock icon to display in widgets representing the action, or nil

The new gtk:toggle-action object.

Creates a new toggle action. To add the action to a gtk:action-group object and set the accelerator for the action, call the gtk:action-group-add-action function. The gtk:toggle-action-new function has been deprecated since version 3.10 and should not be used in newly written code.
