gtk:recent-action-new-for-manager (name label tooltip stock-id manager)

name -- a string for a unique name for the action
label -- a string for the label displayed in menu items and on buttons, or nil
tooltip -- a string for a tooltip for the action, or nil
stock-id -- a string for the stock icon to display in widgets representing the action, or nil
manager -- a gtk:recent-manager object, or nil for using the default recent manager

The newly created gtk:recent-action object.

Creates a new recent action. To add the action to a gtk:action-group object and set the accelerator for the action, call the gtk:action-group-add-action function. The gtk:recent-action-new-for-manager function has been deprecated since version 3.10 and should not be used in newly written code.
