icon -- a gtk-status-icon object
gicon -- a g-icon object

Makes the status icon display the g-icon object. See the function gtk-status-icon-new-from-gicon for details. The function gtk-status-icon-set-from-gicon has been deprecated since version 3.14 and should not be used in newly written code.
