setting -- a boolean whether labels and menu items should have visible mnemonics

Accessor of the gtk-enable-mnemonics slot of the gtk-settings class.

Whether labels and menu items should have visible mnemonics which can be activated. The gtk-enable-mnemonics property has been deprecated since version 3.10 and should not be used in newly written code. This setting can still be used for application overrides, but will be ignored in the future.
