The slot access function gtk-file-chooser-create-folders gets whether the file choser will offer to create new folders. The slot access function (setf gtk-file-chooser-create-folders) sets whether the file choser will offer to create new folders.

This is only relevant if the action of the file chooser is not set to be :open.
