model -- a gtk:tree-model object
iter -- a gtk:tree-iter instance pointing at a row in model
result -- true if the row is a separator

The callback function for determining whether the row pointed to by iter should be rendered as a separator. A common way to implement this is to have a boolean column in the model, whose values the callback function returns. This callback function is deprecated since 4.20. There is no replacement.
