gtk:tree-view-expand-row (view path all)

view -- a gtk:tree-view widget
path -- a gtk:tree-path instance to a row
all -- a boolean whether to recursively expand, or just expand immediate children

True if the row existed and had children.

Opens the row so its children are visible. The gtk:tree-view implementation is deprecated since 4.10. Please do not use it in newly written code.
