gtk:tree-model-row-has-child-toggled (model path iter)

model -- a gtk:tree-model object
path -- a gtk:tree-path instance pointing to the changed row
iter -- a valid gtk:tree-iter iterator pointing to the changed row

Emits the "row-has-child-toggled" signal on model. This should be called by models after the child state of a node changes. The gtk:tree-model implementation is deprecated since 4.10. Please do not use it in newly written code.
