gtk:spinner-spinning (object)

object -- a gtk:spinner widget
spinning -- a boolean whether the spinner is spinning

Accessor of the spinning slot of the gtk:spinner class. The gtk:spinner-spinning function returns whether the spinner is spinning. The (setf gtk:spinner-spinning) function sets the activity of the spinner.
