gtk:shortcut-controller-add-shortcut (controller shortcut)

controller -- a gtk:shortcut-controller object
shortcut -- a gtk:shortcut object to add

Adds a shortcut to the list of shortcuts handled by controller. If this controller uses an external shortcut list, this function does nothing.
