gtk:settings-gtk-overlay-scrolling (object)

object -- a gtk:settings object
setting -- a boolean whether scrolled windows may use overlayed scrolled indicators

The accessor for the gtk-overlay-scrolling slot of the gtk:settings class gets or sets whether scrolled windows may use overlayed scrolling indicators. If this is set to false, scrolled windows will have permanent scrollbars.
