gtk:settings-gtk-double-click-distance (object)

setting -- an integer for the maximum distance in pixels

The accessor for the gtk-double-click-distance slot of the gtk:settings class gets or sets the maximum distance in pixels allowed between two clicks for them to be considered a double click.
