gtk:range-restrict-to-fill-level (object)

object -- a gtk:range widget
setting -- a boolean whether the fill level restricts slider movement

The accessor for the restrict-to-fill-level slot gets or sets whether the range is restricted to the fill level. See the gtk:range-fill-level function for a general description of the fill level concept.
