gtk:overlay-add-overlay (overlay widget)

overlay -- a gtk:overlay widget
widget -- a gtk:widget overlay widget to be added

Adds an overlay widget to the overlay. The overlay widget will be stacked on top of the main widget added with the gtk:overlay-child function. The position at which the overlay widget is placed is determined from its halign and valign properties.
