gtk:level-bar-inverted (object)

object -- a gtk:level-bar widget
inverted -- true to invert the level bar

The accessor for the inverted slot of the gtk:level-bar class sets or gets whether the level bar is inverted. Level bars normally grow from top to bottom or left to right. Inverted level bars grow in the opposite direction.
