gtk:css-provider-load-from-resource (provider path)

provider -- a gtk:css-provider object
path -- a string for the resource path

Loads the data contained in the resource at path into the CSS provider, clearing any previously loaded information. To track errors while loading CSS, connect to the "parsing-error" signal of the gtk:css-provider object.
