gtk:cell-layout-reorder (layout cell position)

layout -- a gtk:cell-layout object
cell -- a gtk:cell-renderer object to reorder
position -- an integer for the new position to insert cell at

Reinserts cell at the given position. Note that cell has already to be packed into layout for this to function properly. The gtk:cell-layout implementation is deprecated since 4.10. Please do not use it in newly written code.
