gtk:cell-area-add-with-properties (area renderer &rest args)

area -- a gtk:cell-area object
renderer -- a gtk:cell-renderer object to be placed inside area
args -- property names and values

Adds renderer to area, setting cell properties at the same time. See the gtk:cell-area-add and gtk:cell-area-cell-set functions for more details. The gtk:cell-area implementation is deprecated since 4.10. List views use widgets for displaying their contents.
