gdk:display-monitor-at-surface (display surface)

display -- a gdk:display object
surface -- a gdk:surface object

The gdk:monitor object for the largest overlap with surface.

Gets the monitor in which the largest area of the surface resides. Returns a monitor close to surface if it is outside of all monitors.
