gtk:tree-view-convert-tree-to-bin-window-coords (view x y)

view -- a gtk:tree-view widget
x -- an integer for the tree x coordinate
y -- an integer for the tree y coordinate

bx -- an integer for the x coordinate relative to GDK window
by -- an integer for the y coordinate relative to GDK window

Converts tree view coordinates, coordinates in full scrollable area of the tree view, to GDK window coordinates.
