gtk:icon-theme-new ()

The newly created gtk:icon-theme object.

Creates a new icon theme. Icon themes are used to lookup up an icon by name in a particular icon theme. Usually, you will want to use the gtk:icon-theme-default or gtk:icon-theme-for-screen functions rather than creating a new icon theme for scratch.
