gtk:cell-layout-reorder (layout cell position)

layout -- a gtk:cell-layout object
cell -- a gtk:cell-renderer object to reorder
position -- an integer with the new position to insert cell at

Reinserts cell at the given position. Note that cell has already to be packed into layout for this to function properly.
