event -- a gdk:event instance

The gdk:event-sequence event sequence that the event belongs to.

If the event is of type :touch-begin, :touch-update, :touch-end or :touch-cancel, returns the gdk:event-sequence instance to which the event belongs. Otherwise, return nil.
