gdk:display-set-double-click-time (display msec)

display -- a gdk:display object
msec -- an unsigned integer for the double click time in milliseconds

Sets the double click time. Two clicks within this time interval count as a double click and result in a :double-button-press event. Applications should not set the double click time, it is a global user configured setting.
