cairo:mesh-pattern-move-to (pattern x y)

pattern -- a cairo:pattern-t instance
x -- a number coerced to a double float for the x coordinate of the new position
y -- a number coerced to a double float for the y coordinate of the new position

Define the first point of the current patch in a mesh pattern. After this call the current point will be (x,y). If the pattern argument is not a mesh pattern then pattern will be put into an :pattern-type-mismatch error status. If pattern has no current patch or the current patch already has at least one side, pattern will be put into an :invalid-mesh-construction error status.
